The lighter comes with an original zipo insert and is packaged in a jewelry box. Personalization is available upon request, with the option to engrave short text on the bottom or the top of the lighter, logos or other simbols on the fronts.

I deliver my products worldwide using two types of shipping:

1. Free Shipping: I use the Spanish public mail service, “Correos,” which may switch to your local postal service. Delivery to European countries usually takes 10-14 days, while shipping to other continents may take a few weeks.
2. Paid Shipping: For faster delivery, I use “Zeleris,” which typically delivers in 2-3 days within the EU and 3-6 days worldwide. If you prefer a different shipping method, feel free to contact me, and we can discuss alternatives.

Please note that I am not responsible for shipping company delays, and customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes in their respective countries.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
