Production times vary depending on the volume of orders, but I aim to keep the processing time under two weeks.
I offer two shipping options worldwide:
- Free Shipping: Shipped via the Spanish public mail service, “Correos,” which will transition to your local postal service. Delivery typically takes 10-14 days for Europe and a few weeks for other continents.
- Paid Shipping: I use “Zeleris” for faster delivery, with a shipping time of 2-3 days within the EU and 3-6 days internationally. If you prefer a different shipping method, I am happy to discuss it.
Please note that I do not take responsibility for delays caused by shipping companies. Customers are responsible for any customs fees and taxes in their country.
CLEANING AND CARE
To maintain your ring’s appearance, clean it with soapy water using your hands or a soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials like dish sponges, as they may scratch the silver. For any darkening on flat silver surfaces, a gentle rub with toothpaste can help restore its shine, but avoid applying toothpaste to the patinated areas to preserve the black oxidation. Silver is naturally antiseptic, so there’s no need to use harsh chemicals.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to health and safety regulations, all cock rings and adult toys are non-returnable, with the exception of manufacturer’s defects.
